EmotionTrac utilizes the front-facing camera of a device to capture audiences’ emotional responses as they watch videos.
Our technology identifies slight changes in the geometry of a person’s face while they watch a video to capture their micro facial expressions. This is known as facial action coding. The image analysis is gathered second by second as the video plays. Seven core emotions are captured: Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Surprise, Disgust, Fear, and Confusion.
We use a marketplace of over 30 million people in the USA and 150 million people worldwide. These panelists have already opted in to participate in surveys and polls.
There are over 200 qualifiers to select from when building your test groups.
Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Surprise, Disgust, Fear, and Confusion.
The content can not be saved or forwarded.
Once a panelist completes watching the content, they no longer are able to view it.
The minimum number of panelists is 100. You may select additional panelists in increments of 50 at an additional cost.
When selecting your panelists, you have the option to create individual panelist groups. The minimum number of panelists for each group is 50. It’s helpful to create separate groups to make it easier when comparing the results after the test has been completed.
Our Insights Team takes a deep dive into your test results and provides conclusions based on the data. You can expect to receive an overview on any red flags in your messaging, our recommendations to optimize or improve your content, as well as a breakdown of how your selected audience demographics responded to the test.
The data collected from the audience responses is delivered in the form of graphs and survey responses.
Your test is deployed as soon as you hit “Publish”. You should begin to see results on your dashboard as individual panelists complete the test. Tests can take as short as a few hours or up to a few days to complete.
